URL Encoder / Decoder
Percent-encode text for safe use in a URL, or decode it back.
Why URLs need encoding
Certain characters (spaces, &, ?, #, and others) have special meaning in a URL, so they need to be "percent-encoded" (e.g. a space becomes %20) when they appear inside a value like a search query or form field.
